- What they think you're moving, and how much it weighs
- What's included in the price, and what they might add later

What you're agreeing to.
- Whether your price is locked in, or can still change
- Rules for canceling, rescheduling, or paying
- What happens if something breaks or gets lost
- Extra fees and unusual contract rules
